Responding to enquiries and performing contracts, plus legitimate interests in securing our network against fraud and abuse.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Traffic data is retained per contractual and legal requirements.
Processors and transfers
Where messages are delivered internationally, data may be transferred to operators and partners in the destination country to complete delivery.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests can be sent to info@ping.com.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
